US domestic shipping

All in-stock items will be shipped within 7 business days of purchase via the United States Post Office flat rate Priority Mail shipping. Flat rate shipping includes $50 worth of insurance. If Insured Priority Mail has been chosen by the customer, items are insured for their full purchase value. Items that have been marked delivered by the USPS are considered your property, and The Purple Seed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Custom orders, made to order items, or any item that has been customized will ship within 2-6 weeks of purchase. Please contact us for a more precise shipping date for your order.

Any undamaged item that is not a custom order can be exchanged for 14 days. Customer pays for return shipping insured at full purchase amount as items will not be credited to account until they are received in acceptable condition. Any items lost in postage will be responsibility of the sender as well as insurance filing. Please contact within 48 hours of receipt to begin the exchange process.

Custom orders or any item that has been customized are regrettably excluded. Items with inflicted damage are not returnable.

Returns

We will accept items for refund within 7 days of customer receipt of the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with no evidence of mishandling. From 8-14 days, items will be eligible for an exchange or credit. Credit is valid for 6 months. Items are ineligible for return or exchange after 14 days.
